We wash our bodies every day. How often do we wash our minds and our hearts? In this three-day retreat, using breath, sound, and contemplation, we will undertake a series of ablutions to freshen our spirit and cleanse our vision. Mental purification culminates in mystic relaxation, a state of calm that unveils our essential nature, a mode of being that intimately includes our day-to-day identity while at the same time sublimely transcending it. As a part of this seminar there will be a sitar and tabla recital on the eve of Good Friday with Tammo Heikens on sitar and Suresh Sardjoe on tabla.
